Before You Start
Start the repository, create a private branch and read its README to locate actual brand, content, route and style entrypoints. Structures differ across templates.
Make It Yours
- Replace brand, contact links, metadata, logo and documented public origin.
- Edit actual content files; do not assume every template shares a CMS or locale JSON.
- Reorder sections in their composing route/component.
- Scope color, typography and theme changes. Replace assets and check licenses.
- Remove misleading demo claims and connect buttons to real actions.
Check Your Result
Search for original brand, sample prices, emails and demo links. Check advertised languages, supported themes, mobile layout, images and keyboard focus. Run typecheck and production build.
Common Problems
Old brand remains: inspect metadata and shared header/footer. CSS leaks: scope styles. Dead button: replace or label its demo behavior.
