MuseMVP Terms of Service

Welcome to "MuseMVP" (the "Product"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

MuseMVP provides a software starter and related documentation for teams to ship products faster. Features may include authentication, organization management, admin tools, storage, and settings. Paid licenses may be offered.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Creating an account or completing a purchase indicates acceptance of these terms.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 Rights

  • Use the services provided by the Product in accordance with this agreement.
  • Enjoy personal information protection and related rights (see Privacy Policy).
  • Provide suggestions or feedback about the service.

3.2 Obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
  • Refrain from illegal activities or infringement of others' rights.
  • Comply with these terms and community guidelines.

4. Commercial Source License

Three plans are offered. UI Templates includes the frontend source of every live UI landing-page template only, not an engineering starter or demo business backend. MuseMVP includes the Web and Web Cloudflare engineering starter only, not the UI template collection. All in One includes the MuseMVP engineering starter and every live UI landing-page template. Current prices are on the pricing page, tax included and paid once.

A purchase licenses one developer for multiple personal, commercial and client end products, including SaaS applications. Each additional developer reusing the original template needs a separate license.

Private final-project source handoff is allowed. The client and its maintainers may operate, repair and maintain that specific project without buying a new template license solely for maintenance. They may not extract the template for unrelated projects, resell it or share the original paid repositories.

Do not publicly publish paid source or redistribute it as a template, theme, UI kit, starter or competing source bundle. Preserve copyright and third-party notices. Dependencies, fonts, photographs and third-party assets keep their own licenses; demo visibility does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights. No trademark ownership is granted.

Validly acquired versions remain usable permanently, subject to license compliance. Same-product-line updates and new templates are included during maintenance, not future independent products, perpetual maintenance or unlimited personal service. Source access is delivered through GitHub after Customer Portal authorization and invitation acceptance, not merely payment confirmation.

This grant replaces inconsistent evaluation-only and SaaS-commercialization restrictions for valid purchases of these products. Repository commercial-license files carry the same grant.

5. Refunds and Support

Subjective changes of mind generally do not qualify for a refund after source delivery. Duplicate payment, non-delivery and mandatory statutory rights are reviewed under applicable law and Dodo's buyer terms. No mandatory legal rights are waived. Contact [email protected] with your order ID and redacted details; do not send passwords or secrets.

There is no self-serve upgrade or price-difference checkout; contact support if you need to switch plans. Support does not include done-for-you development or guaranteed response times. Public documentation is available without purchase.

6. Service Changes and Termination

  • We may adjust or suspend services due to technical or operational needs, with advance notice where possible.
  • We may suspend or terminate your service if you violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
  • Users bear the risks of improper use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  • Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be submitted to the courts in our jurisdiction.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updates.
